Background on ZERGA Technologies SC with ZERGAW CLOUD brand

ZERGAW ISP was founded in 2019 with the mission of digitally empowering Ethiopian enterprises and individuals with quality and affordable Internet and Cloud services. The company was legally owned by Berhanu Okbato ZERGAW and co-founded with Dr. Beneyam Berehanu and Dr. Ephrem Teshale.

Since its establishment, ZERGAW ISP has continuously grown in terms of its cloud and network infrastructure, in-house network, cloud and software expertise, and market share. As of May 2023, the company had served over 400 enterprise clients from various sectors with its Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Software and Broadband Internet products and services.

Mr. Berhanu and his leadership team are proud of the company’s success in serving its clients and contributing to Ethiopia’s digital transformation efforts. They thank all committed employees, ethio telecom, their partners, and their clients for their support and trust.

In order to continue its digitalization contribution to Ethiopia and scale it to neighboring countries, ZERGAW ISP leadership had decided to convert the company from a sole proprietorship to a share company. The new company, ZERGA Technologies SC, has been successfully established and operationalized in 2023 under the trade name ZERGAW CLOUD.
