AI ERP Implementation Ethiopia: OACF Project Update

Zergaw Cloud, working in partnership with ethio telecom, has reached an important milestone in our AI ERP implementation Ethiopia project for the Oromia Agricultural Cooperatives Federation (OACF). Specifically, this phase focuses on the design and implementation of AI-empowered ERP, FMS, and Email systems.

Hands-On Training for AI ERP Implementation in Ethiopia

As implementation progresses, OACF staff are taking part in practical, role-based training designed around hands-on use, system configuration and operational validation. Therefore, the program brings business-area experts and ICT staff directly into the implementation process. As a result, this hands-on setup allows them to work with the systems, configure relevant organizational policies and settings, validate workflows, and build the internal capability required for wider rollout.

Consequently, the project is not simply about deploying software. Instead, it is about bringing previously separate business processes, information, communication and collaboration into a more integrated, traceable and secure digital environment. Through common identity and access management, enterprise applications, corporate email, file collaboration and connected operational workflows, OACF is building a stronger foundation for efficient service delivery, accountability and data-informed management.
